Take time to contemplate

Sometimes, something is bugging us but we are often not quite sure what it actually is, and that then stops us from doing something about it. Take some space to check in with yourself and your life. Long weekends are absolutely brilliant for that. Take some time, in a lovely spot or with a nice cup of tea, coffee etc. And tune in with yourself. Start with that, and stay with that for a bit. (actions and idea brainstorming can come later)
